Our acquired equipment
Maestro Edge + Omni FL by Axion Biosystems
This equipment makes it easy to perform complex electrophysiological experiments alongside biological assays and live imaging of cells, spheroids, organoids, tissue slices, synthetic biological constructs on chip, and more. Custom chips and devices can also be discussed for integration.
We can perform acquisition of both electrical and biological data as well as electrical and/or optical stimulation. This purchase also includes an impedance module, migration assays and fluorescence assays, on top of high-throughput voltage acquisitions, with dedicated software for data analysis across cell types. Data can also be exported in standard formats for custom analyses.
If you need this system, we are happy to discuss your needs, perform a missing experiment, or arrange your visit. Contact r.moreddu@soton.ac.uk if interested
